I don't work for Pimsleur, but I highly recommend Pimsleur for your language studies. The have a full level of Haitian Creole, and you can listen to the first lesson free online:

They're somewhat expensive, but I've used them and they're the best program I've encountered. You can save money buying them used from the usual places (ebay, amazon), and your local library may even carry them or be able to get them for you through inter-library loan.
